Seduction for MenOne of the most common questions I get asked by my male clients is "How can I be more successful with women?"It can be tricky to know where to look for information about seduction. There are plenty of books in the book shops about relationships, but where do you look if that's not what you're really looking for? Where does the healthy, red-blooded male go for proper information? About the thing we really want to know about? How to get laid? If you haven't already done so, you might want to try typing in a few select words like "seduction", "get laid", or "meeting women" into an internet search engine. You'll find that there is tons of stuff out there. Which brings us to your next problem - How do you know whether or not any of this information is any good? Which is where I come in. What follows is a round up of what I consider to be some of the most useful stuff out there for any man who is looking to become more proficient with women. FastSeduction.comThis is a gigantic site and is probably one of the best places to look for information on seduction. They have an excellent beginner's guide; host the moderated alt.seduction.fast newsgroup; have reviews of seduction products; have archives of posts written by guys who have huge amounts of experience with women and also there are links to lots of other worthwhile resources from this site. Of particular note are the related sites http://gunwitch.fastseduction.com and the now slightly out of date http://www.pickupguide.com. (NB If you liked the Gunwitch site, then you may want to consider downloading his latest ebook from http://www.dynamicsexlife.com.)Double Your DatingThis is a commercial site offering products by David De Angelo. Don't let the initial web page asking for your email address put you off. David sends out regular newsletters containing lots of high quality information. His products are similarly high quality and I highly recommend them.Mystery MethodIf you haven't heard of Mystery and his Method then you soon will. Mystery is one of the principal characters in Neil Strauss' bestselling book about the international PUA community, The Game: Undercover in the Secret Society of Pick-up Artists
When it comes to seduction, Mystery is the real deal. He has broken seduction down into a simple and elegant nine step model, which any man can follow. Mystery is an engaging and charismatic character both in-field and on-stage presenting his material to an audience. I've met both Mystery and Neil Strauss (aka Style) on several occasions and have found them both to be thoroughly warm and genuine people. Ross Jeffries Speed SeductionRoss was the original pioneer of using techniques from the field of psychology in the area of seduction. While I do find what Ross teaches to be effective, it can be difficult to learn to use well. I feel that some of his products are not really suited to beginners as they require you to be reasonably capable of conversing with women in the first place.Having said all that, most of the other people out there teaching and being successful at seduction incorporate ideas that they got from Ross originally. Ross' more recent products, and especially his seminars have an emphasis on creating personal change in your own life to allow you to go out and get what you want from women. If you are especially interested in using hypnotic techniques to seduce women, then other similar products include Hypnotic-Seduction.com, SeductionScience.com and SexualKey.com. Clifford's ListThis is a fortnightly email distributed by Clifford containing contributions from various members of the seduction community. You'll regularly read eye-opening and inspiring stories here.Real Social DynamicsThese guys run seminars and live "in-field" workshops teaching men how to pick up women. Their methods tend to be best suited to nightclubs, although they will also work in many other situations.Most of the information you could learn on one of their workshops is available for free in the archives on fastseduction.com. What you won't get, however, is the experience you'd get from seeing them demonstrate their methods for real. I've met these guys. They really can do what they say. For men based in the UK, Impact Interaction have a similar range of seminars to those offered by RSD. The London Seduction SocietyThere's very little on this site. All of the action occurs in private on the egroup and in real life meet-ups. The LSS acts as a support base for men in London and the UK who are interested in meeting up with other like-minded men. Similar groups exist for most major cities around the world. See Thundercat Seduction Lair for more details.Attraction AcademyPeta Heskell was the world's first Flirt Coach and now specialises in helping people to develop immense pulling power in all areas of their lives.I recommend her playshops to nearly all of my clients. Other ResourcesThe following resources are perhaps best left until after you have checked out some of the things nearer the top of the list.Sexual KeyIf you liked Ross' early Speed Seduction material, then you'll probably enjoy this book. It focuses on using hypnotic and romantic language to get women turned on.Swinggcat's Real World SeductionThis book contains lots of new ideas about dealing with women. In particular the book gives great advice about increasing a woman's attraction to you by qualifying her.High Status MaleThis book suggests a fairly gentle approach to women. None of the techniques presented require too much bravery on your part. While I think the sentiment is good, I personally like to encourage my clients to take a far more "gung-ho" approach to women!The Art Of ApproachingThis book goes into some of the more "technical" aspects of approaching women, including what kinds of things to say when you first approach them and what kind of body language to use.The highly specific nature of this book - it covers the initial approach, only - means that it isn't really one I'd consider suitable for beginners. Advanced MackingThis product may have changed since I bought it, however at that time all of the best stuff was included in the free samples on the website, making it not really worth purchasing. Some of the advice given here (eg leaning in to whisper in women's ears) contradicts advice given elsewhere, but since you can see it for free on the website, it is worth a quick look.David Shade's ManualAdvanced sexual techniques, including using hypnosis, and some really way out stuff. David also has a video available on Threesomes. I'd be fascinated to hear from anyone who checks it out.Xtreme MindThis is probably the best of the Psychic Seduction websites. Of course whether or not you believe in such things may influence how much attention you pay this product. Personally, I think there are easier and more direct and reliable ways to get women!How To Succeed With WomenPragmatic, if somewhat weedy advice on women. Nothing too technical here, and all very basic and traditional stuff. Definitely worth a look at the free stuff on the site.Background Reading"The Game: Undercover in the Secret Society of Pick-up Artists" by Neil Strauss - This book describes the author's experiences becoming a highly respected member of the international PUA community. It outlines many of the techniques used by PUAs and also gives an insight into the character of many of the leading figures in the community.Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson - This is a book which has nothing to do with seduction. Or maybe it has everything to do with seduction? It is a deeply profound book that will make you question the very reality you thought you lived in. The Red Queen: Sex and the Evolution of Human Nature by Matt Ridley, Sperm Wars by Robin Baker - Both excellent books on sex and evolution. Reading these and similar books will really open your mind on how we humans came to be the way we are. Also recommended are The Mating Mind by Geoffrey Miller and any of Richard Dawkins' books on evolution. Grooming Essentials for Men by David Waters - I shouldn't need to say this but grooming is very important. Your looks may not be critical to your success with women, however, if you lack decent hygiene, or are badly presented it will count strongly against you. Untested ProductsThe following products are ones that I have not yet had the opportunity to try out for myself.
